The Crystal Maze Live Experience - London, Manchester

It’s the crowdfunded blast from the past that took London by storm when it first opened in 2016. Then it was booked solidly for months.

It’s now a bit easier to get tickets, but no less fun.

Don a fetching jumpsuit, run around four zones, do loads of activities and try to mimic the weird accent of the new custodian (who replaces TV’s Richard O’Brien) at The Crystal Maze LIVE

Fun fact, the creator phoned the ginormous entertainment conglomerate that owned the intellectual property rights to Crystal Maze from his bedroom at his dad’s house when he was getting started. It’s a cool story.

Tickets for The Crystal Maze Live Experience start from £32.99 and are available from here

The Big Bake - London, Birmingham

In no way affiliated with The Great British Bake Off. Ah-hem, the Big London Bake and Big Birmingham Bake have been around for a while and are Incredibly. Well. Reviewed.

It works a bit like this: you’re in a team of 2, with 90mins, one stellar bake and oodles of creativity.

For those of you concerned that you do not have the skill of what you’ve seen on TV, no fear. The organisers assure us that zero experience is required and soggy bottoms are in fact not the end of the world. So, those of you who store knitwear in their ovens can rejoice.

Tickets are £36 to £47 a pop and Big Birmingham Bake are available here and the Big London Bake are available here

The Cube - Manchester

Philip Schofield may not be included, but everything else is with THE CUBE Live, which drops you right into the intensity of the TV gameshow. The tasks may look super simple when you watch them at home, but will you fare any better when you face THE CUBE?

SO MANY CAPITAL LETTERS.

It features many of viewer’s favourite one and two player games which you can face in teams of up to four.

Tickets for THE CUBE Live start from £65 for two players and are available here
